7 ways to treat anxiety

What contributes to anxiety?

What should a person do in today’s world if they have a variety of ways to cure an anxiety disorder? It’s an information overload, no matter where you go, and we can’t seem to get excellent answers to our important questions these days.

This message is a guide for you.

The goal is to give you strengths and weaknesses in relation to different healing methods so that we can answer the question “What helps anxiety?” You can answer once and for all.

Some important principles before getting to the heart of this relevant article:

These are based on my own experiences, studies and experiences of the people I work with.

These are based on what worked the fastest and was “blocked” the longest in terms of fear healing.

This guide should be considered informative, and you should always work with a professional to make the changes you want to make.

Okay, now that it’s irrelevant, let’s move on to the list of the seven best ways to cure anxiety:

1. Hypnosis to help against anxiety:

Strengths: I love hypnosis, as a certified hypnotherapist I use it in almost every session I do with my coaching clients. As I put aside all the biases for this post about what helps anxiety, I think hypnosis should be part of every strategy for every path to recovery.

Hypnosis works quickly when a person is absorbed, focused, and fully involved in the process.

The strongest forms of hypnosis (in my opinion) are also the strategies that involve the body. Somatic compromise is an essential aspect of hypnosis, as it links a person’s past trauma to the place where it stores the emotions accumulated in their bodies.

We are still in a trance anyway. The goal is to get out of those that are not useful and those that are.

Hypnosis allows us to avoid the so-called “critical factor”. It is a protective part of the subconscious that takes ideas that have been accepted from childhood experiences and rejects anything that opposes them.

That is why positive thinking strategies continue to fail.

To renegotiate new fundamental beliefs, a person must learn to avoid the critical factor (the subconscious security guard) and communicate with the parts of us that control our perception of reality.

Weaknesses: Working in a modified state helps with anxiety and is an essential part of healing. However, one of the weaknesses in terms of light or deeper levels of hypnotic work is a person’s inability to complete the process. Eager warriors have a hard time letting go, so hypnosis can be difficult at first.

Hypnosis also does not include tools that can be used all day. The effectiveness of this strategy depends on the session that is being carried out. Once that session ends, a person only depends on how the hypnotic session went.

This is the main reason why I think we need to combine specific methods to answer the question “what contributes to anxiety in the long term.”

2. Cognitive behavioural therapy to help with anxiety:

Strengths: CBT is derived from ancient teachings on stoicism (here is a YouTube audiobook I created on stoicism in mental health). Stoicism preaches rational thinking, control of the emotional state and is a philosophy that emphasizes the need for balance and harmony no matter what happens outside.

I am a great admirer of stoicism and cognitive behavioural therapy, and actually, practice the tools it contains every day in my own life. The strength of CBT is that it opens up new opportunities for us to solve our problems. Often these options are not at the forefront of our thinking because our emotions are precisely the part of us that makes all the decisions.

CBT provides tools that a fearful person can use to remove the scary old lenses they are wearing and put on new ones. CBT has the potential to lead a person to “higher thinking” by transforming any internal or external challenge into a neutral experience that can be learned. Higher thinking leads to control of your mental health.

3. Neurolinguistic programming helps very wel with anxiety:

Strengths: NLP offers us tools that are based on asking better questions (which leads to better answers) and manipulating the images in our heads. These images often recall past traumas or future negative situations. We don’t always know them, but NLP can help change them for the better.

NLP is strongly involved in thinking about the internal and external forms of people who seem to live fulfilling lives.

It is important.

NLP tells us that we have nothing new to invent. All we have to do is follow the path of other people who are happy and where we want to be in our own lives. NLP gives us the opportunity to make great progress in sessions with an NLP expert and to use tools (like in this YouTube video) outside of the session.

Weaknesses: By analyzing what helps to fear, we come to understand that no method is perfect. NLP would also be in this pot, even with the enormous potential it brings to cure anxiety.

One of the biggest weaknesses of NLP is that it can get complicated. If you don’t have a results-oriented professional to help you, the process seems to be more work which only creates more fear.

Another weakness in terms of tight language programming is that the images you want to change with your imagination may not be there if you haven’t meditated or done a lot of image work. There is a learning curve with NLP.

A person must be open to not being very good at the process before improving.

4. EFT Tapping helps very wel against anxiety:

This method, commonly called emotional freedom technique, focuses on a person’s meridian points on the body or on energy points to restore balance throughout the body. EFT involves touching certain parts of the body and is used to treat physical and emotional stress.

Strengths: EFT has the potential to deliver impressive results to those interested in what fear helps. I like the premise of EFT: the more we can heal unresolved emotional issues (in the body), the more peace we will have in our lives.

The greatest strengths of EFT Tapping lie in its ability to engage with the body, its potential to heal trauma and face new challenges in a natural way. The flow that accompanies an EFT tapping session will be very natural for many people.

EFT tapping is known to combine all the benefits of acupuncture and cognitive healing.

Weaknesses: This is not a unique agreement. EFT typing must be performed regularly, otherwise the old unconscious programming can be reset. Consistency is therefore the key. It also needs to be very specific about what you want and what language you use when playing.

These mantras should go to the root of your anxiety problems and not just target general desires.

One of the other biggest mistakes I see in people who use EFT to cure anxiety is that they don’t write down their new achievements. These new epiphanies occur regularly with EFT shots and should be noted as they appear and be reviewed later.

5. EMDR is effective for more then just anxiety:

desensitization and reprocessing of eye movements is an integrative psychotherapeutic approach to healing trauma and various forms of anxiety disorders.

Strengths: EMDR creates a link between a person’s symptoms and the trauma associated with those symptoms. Its strengths lie in its ability to reprocess traumatic information until it no longer psychologically and emotionally interrupts a person’s life.

I really like EMDR.

Simply because it helps to safely retreat past trauma. This is the key. A peaceful solution to past experiences and disruptive events can relieve the emotional and physical symptoms that can affect people’s lives.

Weaknesses: As mentioned in the section on hypnosis and what contributes to anxiety, EMDR may not work if a person is unwilling to face their past fully. If a person feels secure and ready to make peace with their past, this method works.

The good thing about EMDR is that it seems to dive into the subconscious memory bank. It comes from the root cause, but when a person

If you try to control the process, it won’t work.

You have to let go and trust. They must allow their brains to rewire as they should, and they must not allow conscience to play with them.

6. Medications is also an option against anxiety:

A combination of antidepressants and benzodiazepines that are designed to balance a person’s chemical imbalance in the brain.

Strengths: This is 100% the doctor’s territory. Let’s look at things first. However, what I can say is that benzodiazepines can help restore your sleep order. Antidepressants have the potential to relieve your stress in the long term, but the placebo and nocebo effects also have a lot to do with this method.

Weaknesses: The body can reject the chemicals presented to it, just like mine when trying to test antidepressants for my anxiety disorder. I put it aside immediately. Benzodiazepines (here’s an article to help you quit smoking) can be addictive and addictive so you can no longer change your identity.

7. Energy Healing is the final method to help with anxiety:

Energy healing is a process that targets the energy fields of the human body. Energy healing helps remove stagnant energy blocks that can cause emotional stress and anxiety inside.

Strengths: What helps fear depends on a method that targets a person’s mental, emotional, physical and energetic body. In my opinion, energy healing has the potential for all of this. I am convinced that one of the most important elements for my mother to overcome her ovarian cancer is due to the energy healing process.

Energy healing is a subset of magic.

So if you don’t believe in magic and you have the potential to heal quickly, you shouldn’t be dealing with this method. Energy healing uses imagination and emotions, two aspects that are compared to the unconscious keyboard and password.

Weaknesses: If there is a lack of repetition and separation between the healer and the client, energy healing may not be as effective. As with many methods here to help alleviate anxiety, you must have a deep connection to the healer to get the most out of it.

Conclusion:

It is important to understand what adds to the fear that it must be a little awkward at first. It is your ability to accept the vulnerable feelings you may experience when entering these methods that determines the outcome.

People believe that movement, meditation and nature heal. This is wrong, these are things that lead to the information you need to cure the causes of your anxiety. These are actions that reveal the missing information that you then use for methods like hypnosis, NLP, and energy healing to fix it once and for all.

If we can only understand the differences between the superficial level and the deeper level of healing, we are halfway there.

Surface healing methods are steps that can be taken daily to reduce stress. Deeper-level healing methods are techniques that include techniques that refresh your previous trauma, release pent-up emotions, forgive you and others, and move you once and for all along your life’s timeline.
